THE PRESIDENTS DAUGHTER BY JACK HIGGINS is the sixth book in the series featuring Sean Dillon.  If you like the fast paced, special op,slam bam type of hero, then you will love Sean Dillon and his group. 

Sean and his special team (and not so legal friends) are trying to find the President of the United States,illegitimate daughter who has been kidnapped by a  very radical Jewish group. Led by Judas,this group threatens to kill the daughter unless the President does his bidding.  Sean's job: rescue her. 

I have gotten rather hooked on Mr.Higgins novels.  I love the good and explosive pace which they are set.

THE LAST GOOD GUY BY T JEFFERSON PARKER is a hard boiled PI/thriller/mystery.   Parkers PI Roland Ford is hired by a beautiful woman to find her "sister" who has gone missing.  Roland gets more than he bargained for with his current case.  Not only does he get the stuffings beat out of him but uncovers Penelope's lies and a mystery that Roland finds is or could be very deadly for not only him but millions of Muslims. 

Very entertaining and a very quick read.  I got so  engrossed in the plot I lost all track of time and missed my bedtime hour!
  I really like the way the plot goes from ho hum another missing kid,to Oh MY Gosh,this cant really be happening in our country in a flash! Dont miss this one folks!

CRISIS IN THE RED ZONE:THE STORY OF THE DEADLIEST EBOLA OUTBREAK IN HISTORY, AND THE OUTBREAKS TO COME BY RICHARD PRESTON is on of the most SCARIEST books I've read to date.  And what scares me the most is this is a NONFICTION BOOK! This is as real as it gets folks!  EBOLA!   The word alone can scare the bee gees out of someone.  Mr.Preston takes the history of not only the 2014 outbreak but recaps the 1976 ebola crisis as well.  Mr Preston talks with the doctors, nurses, and grave diggers ,along with the scientists who are on the front lines of the war against Ebola. 
 In this book, the places are real, the people are real and the dead of Ebola are real.   Make no mistake about this!
  I have read quite a few of Mr Preston's non fiction books and I think this one is the scariest of all. 
 I am a huge fan of horror fiction but CRISIS IN THE RED ZONE is FACT and it is ten times scarier than ANY horror fiction novel could ever be. 
 Be warned that a few of the chapters get into the science of Ebola and gene sequence, and can get a little technical. This tech stuff is necessary to bring into the light how Ebola changes,mutates and makes it more difficult to predict and combat one of the worlds deadliest diseases. 
 I do recommend that everyone read Mr.Preston's book.  It is very informative, real and yes frightening.
